New French Bike and Past week!

Hello Friends and Family,

First off, I don't know that many people here in Limoges so far, however the numbers are growing.  I am an extrovert practicing to spend more time with myself and learning quite a bit, which is always good.  Here are some photos from my first little excursion not more than 10 minutes down the road from where I live. I may or may not have been scouting the sun perch in the creek running through the park:

Below:  Can you see what I saw?

Even despite my efforts with the other assistants around Limoges, I haven't spent much time with people other than professors and students during school.  My time at school has been and hopefully will continue to be awesome.  The kids are really receptive to learning English from an American, they may be noisy, but they are fun.

With teachers and their families from my primary middle school, College Albert Calmette, on my first Saturday in Limoges, October 4th, I went on a hike that followed with a nice 3 course meal.  Here are some photos:

Today, I just got a new (old) bike from a now acquaintance, Cédric.  He told me that I should come to his place on Friday night when he makes Raclette with all of his friends.  I said that would be awesome because   For those of you that don't know Raclette here is a picture of it:

And of course the bike I got from Cedric off of the French Craigslist: Le Bon Coin

Alright, off to adventure the next few weeks for Toussaints, I may or may not bring my laptop, probably won't.
Love you all!
